Warranty & Return Policy

The PAX Flow comes with a 2-year warranty on the device (+2 when registered through PAX within the 30 days). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work, which can be located underneath the mouthpiece, along the side of the device. Please forward all requests to PAX. As with any vaporizer bought from us, you’re also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Any accessories used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. Our 30-day return policy also covers unopened and unused items.
